Grup Promcovi was founded in Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona in 1989, following an initiative by a group of professionals skilled in different fields. Today, Promcovi is a consolidated company which enjoys the experience and capacity for innovation of a young, qualified and multi-specialist team. Our structure have already allowed us to achieve the experience of being addressed and controlled in full each and every one of the processes involved in creating real estate value, from management and product design to development, processing and marketing. CONSULTING Grup Promcovi has received the order of the Ecuadorian company “Sudamericana Service Co. Ltd.” for the accomplishment of an integral project of Strategic Consultancy on the real estate assets owned by this company in the areas of Quito and Manta (Ecuador).
